Mediation

In addition to his Trusts and Estates practice, J. Douglas Clark has served as a Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge from 2013 to the present. His focus in mediation is to resolve the complex family and legal issues that often arise in modern estates and trusts. A skilled mediator can make the difference between many years of expensive and painful litigation, on one hand, and a negotiated resolution that ends the conflict, on the other hand. Mr. Clark is available to conduct private mediation sessions upon request.
